I did however successfully download it onto my laptop, so I am in the process of copy/pasting 16gb worth of assets to my desktop's assets folder. Ok after downloading the 11gb 4 times, then completely uninstalling and reinstalling. So i refuse to wait for such greedy repair until i got clarification what caused this problem and what will 100% fix it.
